• Even in your most intricate designs, 3D PUFF Vinyl sheets are easy to weed. Remove unnecessary vinyl with ease whether it’s small letters or tiny details. Plus, our high-quality vinyl doesn’t peel, flake, crack, or fade after washing. Machine washable without worry!

• Waterbased PU > Thickness (without liner) : 60μ (before heat transfer) 500µ (after heat transfer) > Fastness: 40°C > Transfer Temperature: 165°C > Transfer Time: 17 seconds > Pressure: Medium/High

• Applies to Cotton, Polyester and blended textiles. It is NOT suitable for nylon and other coated textiles.

About 3D Puff Heat Transfer Vinyl

3D Puff is an expanding, multi-layered Polyurethane foil on Polyester carrier. Prior to a transfer process, it is a normal flex film. All kinds of designs can be cut using a drag-knife or tangential cutting technology. 3D Puff can also be weeded as usual. During the transfer process it's specialty unfolds, in the truest sense of the word - it expands and results in a very special 3D surface effect.
