About TOPS Packing Lists, 3-Part, Carbonless, 5.5 X 8.38
Since 1952, TOPS has provided quality products and services to businesses throughout the world. TOPS continues that commitment providing innovative, high quality value-added paper products for the office, school and home. Use the 3-part packing list form to show what was ordered and what was shipped for up to 15 items per page. Each three-part set has an original in white, duplicate in canary and triplicate in pink. Sender keeps the canary copy. Recipient keeps pink copy and returns the white copy with reply. Each version is printed in blue ink. Detached size is 5.5 x 8.38 inches. Boxes offer space to note quantity, description, customer's number and shipper's number. Packing slips are sequentially numbered in red and two-hole punched. Packing slip book includes a wraparound stop card.
