Product Description 3M Steri Strip Reinforced Adhesive Skin Closures are the worldwide standard in adhesive skin closures, trusted for their convenience, simplicity and non invasive design. 3M Steri Strip Reinforced Adhesive Skin Closure is a sterile, breathable adhesive strip reinforced with polymer filaments, for strong, reliable closure of incisions and skin lacerations. From the Manufacturer 3M™Steri-Strip™ Adhesive Skin Closures (Reinforced) R1542 are sterile skin-closure strips made of a porous, non-woven backing coated with a pressure-sensitive, hypoallergenic adhesive and reinforced with polyester filaments. Steri-Strip™ skin closures can be used in the closure of lacerations, surgical incisions, and following early suture/staple removal. The micro-porous material is strong, and comfortable to wear. The non-invasive design provides wound support and assists in increasing the tensile strength of the wound. Used properly, these strips also provide a better cosmetic outcome than sutures or staples. Product and package are latex free. Size: 0.25” x 1.5”/6mm x 38mm.
