USER INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Clean the bottle before you use. It would be better to cold the bottle in refrigerator for 2~3 hours before use. 2. Fill 2/3 cold water into the siphon for best taste. 3. Insert the long tube and screw on siphon heap firmly. 4. Insert 8g CO2 cartridges (CO2 only) into charger and screw it into the siphon bottle until you hear the gas enter with a hiss. 5. Shake the bottle to let the CO2 dissolve into the water completely. Add a slice of lemon, lime or orange to your glass or add the soda water to fruit juices, wine spritzers, and cocktails.
