DIRECTIONS FOR USE: We recommend rinsing the flask thoroughly before first use. If you experience taste mix ½ a teaspoon of BAKING SODA with water, shake and rinse. Users have also found the following to be useful: Fill with MILK, shake, and rinse. Add drops of lemon. Let an orange peel or tea bag set in the flask for a couple of hours. To hydrate, simply softly bite the mouthpiece and press the soft flask and enjoy! The harder you press, the faster the liquid will exit.
