It features a two-tone (stonewashed & satin) finish blade made from D2 stainless steel. The small blade combined with slotted opening and a sharp edge make this knife excellent for small, detail oriented cutting tasks. The FDT15 folding knife is one of our flagship models for 2018 and features premium materials. The FDT15 comes with a D2 tool steel blade and 6AL4V titanium scales. The FDT15 folder has a frame lock on only one side of the handle to increase lock strength without increasing weight. The knife also features a 3D machined titanium handle with wire cut fuller. The flipper tab on the FDT15 has been designed to give a fast action so you always get a good flip. At just under 3.5 inches overall with a 1.5 inch blade, the FDT15 packs a lot of punch in a compact EDC (every day carry) size. The pocket knife features an brass washer pivot system, combined with an opening flipper for silky smooth blade deployment. The flipper turns into a handsome finger guard when the blade is open. A thumb hole cutout in the blade gives you a second option for opening the knife. The handles of the FDT15 are 6AL4A titanium alloy with a anodized finish. The knife locks open solidly with a frame lock.
