1) the tent will be inflated by a fan which need continuously turn on 2) need to zip up the tent to avoid deflation 3) need about 10 minutes to inflate the tent 4) it is 3 meter in diameter of the bulb tent, and the tunnel is 2 meter in order to avoid abusing of Amazon return policy, we only accept return if you get a defect product. we are not afford to grant return for reason " I dont like it", "i bought it by mistake" or even torn the product and claim it is defect. Please read product description carefully before you order the tent. We got some negative feedback from buyer for: 1) big noise pump; now we can provide 2 kind of pump. type a) is 250W pump with noise, the pump will be used 1 meter away from the tent, but still with noise, with this pump you can get strong power to inflate the tent. B) one is just a cool fan use for computer CPU, this fan absolutely no noise, but need longer time to inflate. if you choose this fan, it will be built in tent body. please message us which pump you want. option A is default option if buyer dont have special request. or even you can buy the pump yourself in your country 2) the zipper 2.1% buyer claims the zipper is not good. so we have improved the zipper by using 2 side zipper puller, so you can unzip the tent both inside or outside 3) The design The tent need keep blowing to keep it inflated, and it will be deflated in about 8 minutes if you stop the pump. the heat welding to the material is with good quality, we tested air leakage on every tent before we send it from China we try our best to list out the bad or good points above, just want to 100% transparent to the buyer, please read the description careful before buying, as we really can not afford any abuse of return. We lost of money by send the product from China, and then you request return just because" you don't like it", "big noise", "poor zipper", "poor design" "too small" thank you for understanding
