The Chris King 12x142mm Thru-Axle ISO Disc Rear Hub comes ready to slip into any frame that accepts a 12x142mm thru-axle. The alloy shell is the same, and it uses the same RingDrive freehub system. Most importantly, you'll get the same buzzing-swarm-of-bees sound when you coast. The 12x142mm thru-axle hub uses just that -- a 12mm thru-axle to clamp the rear hub into the frame. It's a great choice for full suspension frames because it will add stiffness and rigidity to a rear triangle full of articulating pivot points.
