The CAP Barbell Adjustable Standard Weight Set includes a 6 foot threaded standard bar, 2 dumbbell handles, 135 pounds of weight plates with 3-hole grips, and star lock collars. Add variety to your workout, interchange weights easily, and build your strength with this set from CAP Barbell. From efficiency to effectiveness, this set provides all the basic equipment you need to build your strength. The cast iron grip plates have grip holes for easy handling when loading and unloading weights and are coated in a baked enamel finish to prevent rusting and corrosion. The dumbbell handles are 12.5 inches in length and have a rubber grip for a secure, comfortable grip while working out. The 6-foot barbell has diamond knurled grips for a secure grip and has a maximum weight capacity of 250 lbs. The dumbbell handles and barbell have threaded ends to easily add or remove the included star lock collars. Please note that this item is delivered in 3 boxes. In some cases, the carrier may deliver the first box before the second or third boxes.
