Our gym battle rope is made from braided high tenacity polyester, 3-strand twisted strong construction. Heat shrunk vinyl sleeves cover the ends of the rope along. This heavy-duty material helps prevent the rope from fraying, increasing longevity. The waterproof sleeves allow you to work out even without gloves. Measures 1.5" or 2" in diameter, and length available in 30', 40', 50'. This rope is an excellent tool for building for undulation, improving grip, burning fat, and increasing endurance in physical education, wrestling, gymnastics, military, and cross-fit settings. Great workout for boxers, swimmers, martial artists, and players of baseball, basketball, football, and tennis. It also includes a battle rope anchor kit. The battle rope anchor straps made of reinforced nylon are double sewn, maximize the life of your rope. The anchor strap stops ripping, tearing, and abrasive damage to your rope. Simply wrap one strap around the middle of your rope, loop the strap through itself, and attach it to the snap hook. Wrap the other strap around a heavy anchor point, and attach the snap hook through the ends of the second strap.
