About The Christmas Poem: A Journey With My Father

Product description The Christmas Poem is a collection of nostalgic, thought provoking and sometimes witty poems that chronicle a tradition begun in 1962 when William E. Strain wrote his first poem for the family Christmas card. Thirty four years later Steven H. Strain would carry forward the tradition when he penned his first Christmas card poem in 1996. Each poem brings to mind memories and events in the lives of these two generations of copious writers. Included are family photos of seasons long past, beloved pets and memorable times and places in the Strain family history. About the Author Steven H. Strain is from Birmingham, Michigan and graduated from Cranbrook School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He earned a BA in History and Economics at Albion College in Albion, Michigan.
