Only after bribing her with candy did she point out how to get back to her house where her mother pretended to be grateful she was returned home. However, when the police were assured she was safe, her mother beat her unconscious.Waking up on the floor, she found herself right back in the hell she tried to escape. Now, completely out of options, she cried out loud for help. To her surprise, they answered. They all surrounded her. She felt loved and safe for the first time in her life. Linda no longer felt like a victim. They told her, "Life will get better for you as you get older if you can make it through childhood," a prophecy - an eerie warning.GUIDED has strong parallels to another famous story, Cinderella.All the key characters and lessons of the great Disney fable are represented in GUIDED. Linda, the target of an evil mother’s torture. A father who let her down. An older sibling, who’s filled with arrogance, conceit, and egotism, fulfills the part of Cinderella’s mean step-sisters. Cinderella’s fairy godmother was Linda's Spirit Guide Angels leading her to a successful happy life with her Prince.
