His seventeen year journalism career in radio, television, newspaper and wire service saw him covering presidents, governors, and thousands of colorful public and private figures in West Virginia and Missouri. Leaving the broadcast world he founded public relations and advertising firms in West Virginia, Virginia and Washington, D.C. In his third career he was the founding dean of the University of Charleston Graduate School of Business in Charleston, WV. His personal recollections are a journey through fifty years of learning, teaching and lasting friendships.
