About Copper And Brass Small Pocket Sundial
The Copper and Brass Small Pocket Sundial is a beautiful antique reproduction. The copper portion of the lid is marked "Stanley London" and the back of the sundial features instructions on using the sundial and compass. The magnetic compass allows the sundial to be oriented North. The sun's shadow cast by the sundial's vane marks the local time. The sundial comes with a removable lid, which can be placed on the bottom of the sundial when open. The sundial vane is hinged to lay flat for compact storage. When the lid is closed this sundial is 1 13/16 inches (4.5 cm) in diameter, 11/16 inch thick (1.7 cm), and weighs 3 ounces (85 grams).
