About TEMCo TH0391-1/2" Conduit Hole Size Knockout Punch

Traditional style knockout punches suffer from a problem where the slug that is left over after punching often deforms within the die set, locking itself into place around the draw stud or in the die. It is very frustrating and time consuming to stop your work and pry the slug from your tool. The new slug-splitting design of the TEMCo knockout punches solves this issue by integrating a secondary cutter face that slices the slug into two parts, eliminating the ability for it to bind in the tool. When you release the dies, the cast off slug bits simply fall out, and you're ready to move on to your next hole.
