The Woodtek Deluxe Router Lift is rock-solid with a 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" clear anodized 1/4" thick aluminum top plate. The massive lift mechanism, which comprises four threaded posts connected by a chain and sprocket, is precise with little to no backlash. Tool-less scale adjustments can be set to zero from any bit position then incremented to intervals as small as .002". Made to fit Woodtek Large, 32" x 24" Cast Iron Table 165-548 and Woodtek Small, 27" x 16" Cast Iron Table 165-557 . Will fit other router table tops with an 11-3/4" x 9-1/4" opening and 3/4" radius corners: Four post raising mechanism guarantees router motor and router bit stays perfectly square. Locking height adustment to prevents router motor drift. Smooth above-the-table adjustment mechanism for fast tool changes and precision bit setting. Insert ring twists and locks into place with a spanner wrench. Lift is designed for large 4" diameter routers.
