Add some lubricant on the tire rim, which will reducea the friction during install the tire. 2. Please soften the solid wheel before installation: Put the tire in a pot of boiling water (make sure it's wholly immersed) for 10 minutes. Or put it in a microwave and heat the tire for three minutes, and check it every 1 munite. 3. Cool the tire for 5 minutes till it is soft enough to remove and fit on the rim. 4. Fasten the nut and the other screws (while replacing the plastic cover) on both sides. This is basically the reverse of the initial process of removing the tire.
