Place Candy Cane into an unfilled or near-empty Tree Stand. Insert fully till touches bottom. 2. Place Cookie Tub on the ground or level with Candy Cane tip bottom about two feet away from the tree stand. Fill Cookie Tub ½ inch from top. 3.
