Helmswoman Lonnie Henderson (Kathy Evison) is a first-generation naval officer introduced in the second season of "SeaQuest DSV" (1993-96). The role of Lonnie was actually created specifically for Evison, who had originally auditioned for the part of Dr. Wendy Smith! This two (2)-part costume includes a khaki uniform shirt and ivory leotard from Evison's production wardrobe. The khaki shirt has chest pockets, a frontal button-closure, and decorative patches throughout. The patches feature the embroidered images of a laurel wreath, Triton, and the text "ueo" over a blue sphere. The interior has a label with "HENDERSON" handwritten in black ink. The ivory nylon-and-lycra leotard retains an interior tag reading "HENDERSON" in black handwritten text. This ensemble is accompanied by a Planet Hollywood Certificate of Authenticity.
