Important Note and Troubleshooting Steps Note: This case is only compatible with the Apple iPhone 6 Plus and 6S Plus...it will NOT work with the iPhone 6 or 6S Only compatible with Apple Brand Lightning Cable - Charger Port Size is 1cm x .65cm - many 3rd party lightning cables are not compatible with the case Do not use the case with a screen protector - Tempered glass or plastic screen protectors do not work with this case...you'll have issues with proper fit and touch sensitivity Mute Switch Installation - Please ensure that you line up the mute switch inside the case's toggle switch...it should slide into the slots of the toggle switch Ensure Case is Completely Sealed - Make sure both sides of the Wildtek case are fully sealed by applying pressure around the edges of the case...you should hear a clicking noise and there shouldn't be any gaps around the edges of the case Waterproof Test Before Every Exposure to Water - If you are going to expose your phone to water, test the case first, as its possible that the waterproof ability of the case can change with drops or long time use. Remove your phone from the case, place a tissue inside, fully seal the test, and submerge...the tissue should be dry upon removal...contact Wildtek Customer Support if the tissue is wet. To Remove iPhone from Case, Open Charge Port First - When removing your phone from the case, be sure to open the charge port latch first...otherwise too much pressure will be applied to the charge port and its function will be compromised Contact Us Immediately with any questions or issues with your case
