AGV K-5 S MATT BLACK The AGV K-5 S is a premium sport helmet and the successor of the popular K-5. The K-5 S features a new construction for the inner liner, designed with high-performance fabrics and no stitching in sensitive areas. This new liner makes for an extremely comfortable fit. The outer shell is still from a carbonfiberglass mix, resulting in light weight and excellent protection. To keep the weight and size of the helmet down to a minimum, the K-5 S comes in two different outer shell sizes. While we're on topic of the outer shell; the shape of the helmet was specifically designed to decrease the risk of damaging the collar bones in the event of a crash.Just like the AGV K-3 SV, the K-5 S has outstanding ventilation. The 4 large air intakes on the front allow huge amounts of fresh air to enter the helmet and the rear extractors allow the air to leave the helmet again, resulting in a comfortable climate inside the helmet to keep your head cool. The integrated rear spoiler ensures great stability even at higher speeds. A nice touch is the Double-D retention system which allows you to use this helmet on the track as well! To top it off, the K-5 S is fully prepared for a communication system: at the ears you will find removable pads which gives you the option to either leave them installed for extra sound damping or take them out to create more room for your speakers.
