About Partisanas: Women In The Armed Resistance To

Product Description Common perception of women in wartime relegates them to the sidelines of history—working in munitions factories or waiting for their men to return. Partisanas excavates the history of women who planted bombs, shouldered guns, and were among the most active participants in the European Resistance.Ingrid Strobl is a well-known filmmaker, artist, lecturer, and writer.
