Designed to meet the most demanding industrial/contractor applications. Riveted Step Construction with Gussets - Each step features heavy duty steel gussets secured with large-headed, semi-tubular steel rivets for maximum strength. 30% greater shear strength than solid aluminum rivets. Heavy Duty Gusset Bracing - Heavy duty steel gussets on each step provide maximum strength and stability. Spreader Brace Reinforcement Plates - Four key stress areas are reinforced with aluminum plates to prolong ladder life. Heavy Gauge Steel Hinges - Heavy duty hinge assembly design for maximum durability. Inside Spreader Braces - Extra thick spreader braces located inside of side rails help protect braces from getting hooked or abused in transit. New 375 lb. Rated Rail - Nonconductive full channel rails are covered with a polyester veil for years of service without fiber prominence or blooming.
