Snake GuardzTM are constructed with 1000 denier Nylon encasing polycarbonate inserts which stop the fangs of poisonous snakes. Snake GuardzTM are snakeproof to 17" high-just like snake boots. Weighing only 11 oz each, they are puncture resistant tested to ASTM 1342-05 standards and stop a 12-guage shotgun blast at 20 yards! They utilize a unique toe cover which covers the laces of a boot or shoe and prevent the possibility of snake fangs becoming entangled in shoe laces when struck. Snake GuardzTM are the most effective leg armor available. Wear with thick leather shoes or boots for guaranteed protection against Rattlers and other poisonous vipers. Made in the USA. To determine size, measure the circumferance at the largest part of the calf. Small fits 5" to 9" calf, Medium fits 9" to 14", Large fits 14" to 18", X-Large fits 18" to 23", 2X-Large fits 23" to 30" and 3X-Large fits 30" to 36" calf.
