To replace, unlace your speedbag and turn the bag partially inside out so you can get to the valve stem. Pry the bag off of the valve stem with your fingers or using needle nose pliers if needed. Next, insert the replacement bladder by sticking the valve through the hole and holding the valve stem on the bottom as you pull the bag back out. Lace the speedbag back up and pump it with air.
