Esteez 3/4 Sleeve Base Layering Shirt for Women Fitted / Relaxed Cotton Lycra. Not like any other womens layering tee / t-shirt, it is made of our own perfect Cotton/Spandex blend for a soft 'hand feel'. Perfect to wear under scrubs, blazers, dresses, sweaters, uniforms,..... In addition to our regular 'Snug Fit' version, we have now designed the same shirt, still fitted, but not as snug as the original Esteez layering shell. We call this one the 'Relaxed Fit' version. The Relaxed fit version was designed with the intention to wear as a plain, basic top. It is fitted, but made with a little extra fabric so that it is not like a 'second skin'. The relaxed fit version would not work as a base layering top under dresses as it would have excess fabric. We recommend the 'Snug Fit' version to wear under dresses and the like. Comes in many colors and sizes: small, medium, large, X-large, and XX-large. ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Please do not use Amazon's size chart as it does not reflect on our sizing specifications.
