It provides the same classic, rich vanilla flavor but in an alcohol-free and sugar-free powder. Pure Vanilla Powder dissolves easily in liquids and can be substituted 1:1 for liquid vanilla extract. It is a very versatile ingredient and will add complex vanilla notes to baking mixes, liquid-sensitive and color-sensitive recipes.
