The Fermentology Sauer System uses water to create an oxygen barrier that handles burping bubbling ferments automatically so you don’t have to. This is an easy DIY pickle method and makes fermenting and pickling a breeze. All you need to do is add your fresh vegetables to a Mason jar, pour in a salt water brine, set up the complete airlock system and let Fermentology do the rest. When the ferment is complete, you’ll have tangy, sour and probiotic nourished vegetables that are a great source of vitamins. Simply remove the airlock and add the silicone stopper to turn the airlock lid into a sealed Tough Top for fridge storage. Each airlock setup includes 1x airlock, 1x Tough Top lid (includes silicone gasket and grommet), and a silicone stopper; 4 airlock setups come in a pack. Make kraut, like premium probiotic sauerkraut, pickles, garlic vegetable mixes, and traditional German, Polish and Chinese dishes, or try your hand in brewing homemade kombucha, mead, super kefir and kvass.
