This nonstick skillet is a perfectly versatile pan for any of your stickiest dishes. Hard anodized aluminum is an alternative to Teflon-coated nonstick pans. The anodization process turns aluminum into a nonstick-like, durable, and non-reactive surface. This type of cookware is much more durable than traditional nonstick, and it doesn’t have the same type of chemicals and coatings found in the early days of Teflon cookware. The glass cover allows you to keep an eye on your food while it's cooking, and both are dishwasher safe (though we recommend hand-washing for best results).
