Build strength and fuel your muscle growth with this 55-pound trap, shrug, deadlift bar that features diamond patterned knurled revolving tri-grip handles. This versatile bar allows you to choose from a 30 mm, 38 mm or 45 mm grip, which is approximately 1 1/8”, 1 1/2:”, and 1 ¾” grip. The suggested maximum weight capacity is 750 lbs. Available in multiple colors.
