It provides a clear finish that is UV stable and is resistant to abrasion and a wide range of chemicals. The product is odorless and has been specifically developed to be applied to Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) and Terrazzo floors. It can also be used to coat, rubber flooring, linoleum and concrete including LVT, Vinyl Plank, and Linoleum. VinylGuard is a 2-part water-based polyurethane that provides a heavy-duty coat in a clear Gloss, Satin, Matte finish. This provides the best option for waterproofing the tile seam. An ideal heavy duty sealer for VCT, Rubber and Terrazzo flooring.
