After boiled in 212°F hot water for 40 seconds, the product can be resized and molded to fit with almost everyone's mouth. Oral Mart Sports mouth guards has a medium thickness, which is not too thick to cause muffling, discomfort in the mouth or cause shortness of breath when in use but sufficient to protect it from high impact during physical exercise, which is why we call it “ Cushion”.
