Our wheatgrass seeds are packaged on our farm without the use of pesticides or treatments. ✔ QUICK In just days, you'll have grown nutritious wheatgrass which is a natural source of vitamins and minerals (a few of which are antioxidants) including vitamins A,E,C,K, and B6, calcium, selenium, magnesium, and iron. Wheatgrass is at nutritional peak when it reaches 7-8 inches tall. ✔ EASY PEASY GROWING INSTRUCTIONS Level soil into a growing tray/pot at least 1 inch deep. Water gently to moisten the soil. Sprinkle seeds evenly across the soil. Sprinkle evenly a thin layer of soil over the top of the seed without disturbing the seeds. Place tray/pot in a area with indirect sunlight between 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit. Optional : Cover with a plastic top with holes to create a greenhouse effect. Water daily being careful not to achieve saturation of the soil. Continue to water soil daily and gently to avoid damaging young grass
