It can be worn invisibly under training pants to provide cushion for hips and tailbones while maintaining a slim silhouette.

• 【Ergonomic Gel Pad Design】The tailbone gel pad thickness increases gradually from top to bottom to provide better impact protection in the tailbone area, while reducing the weight of the pad. Oval shaped side pads are 6.5mm thick to protect the hip area. Breathing holes are punched evenly in the pad to further reduce the weight, improve breathability, while still maintaining sufficient cushion.

• 【Wear Comfortablely】The shorts are made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex. They are soft, stretchy, and comfortable. 100% cotton double layer crotch for better hygiene.

• 【4-piece set】The package includes one short, one tailbone gel pad, and two hip side pads. The shorts have pockets insert and remove gel pad. The shorts are machine-washable after removing the gel pad. You can buy additional gel pads by checking the boxes below.
