★ 1.8” SHELF ★ – The arm of the J-Cups extends 1.8 inches out to hold your barbell securely. The end of the arm is expertly bent with precision to hold the bar in place. And with an extra twist, you can secure the J Cups to the Rack with the tightening knob.
