These are two balloons put together to make custom colors or make them opaque. All the balloons in this beautiful kit are double stuffed.They are normally done by hand which explains why double stuffed balloons cost more. They must be inflated together, please do not pull them apart. Frays are common and do not affect the performance. Also, when tying double stuffed balloons, only the inside balloon has to be tied. We know it might look intimidating, but no balloon experience is required. It’s very easy! Each kit includes everything needed to create a DIY balloon garland just like the pros! If this is your first time and you’re doing it by yourself it can take 2-3 hrs. With an extra hand it’s more fun and takes less time. Do not worry, we included an extra balloon tie tool for your helper. * This kit currently DOES NOT include a hand pump for 5” balloons like the other two kits. Kindly get one or try closing one of the air holes on the electric balloon pump.
