About BRM AEB125880 NAMPOWER End

Brush Research’s Nampower line has always stood for the best in abrasive brush finishing and deburring technology providing incredible performance and outstanding value. Now this high volume, production grade line is growing up and getting smaller. BRM’s AEB125880 NAMPOWER solid end brush has a 1/2” (12.7mm) diameter and is constructed with Ceramic abrasive filament that lasted 3-5X longer than the competition. The 80 grit works well for medium-heavy deburring and for surface finishing with a starting finish range of 50-60 RA. Recommended depth of interference should be set at around 5% of the trim length with a suggested range of .004”-.093”. Feed rate is material and application specific with a starting range of 30-80 IPM. Max RPM is 10,000.
