The material is black powder coated for protection against rust and environmental elements. It’s a patent pending design that allows the use of E-Track straps in horizontal or vertical alignment. Highly flexible in use—commonly used inside vans, trucks, & trailers. Compatible with other E track hardware such as ratchet straps, cam straps, etc.
