ACCELERATED AGING: Cure your 1 gallon whiskey barrel (5 liters) following the instructions included, then simply pour in your favorite alcohol and Age to Taste! Charred mini barrels are ideal for whisky, mead, wine and more.

PERFECT BARREL AGED COCKTAILS - Extract natural flavors from the 5 liter oak barrel charred interior (vanilla and sweet spices) and infuse into a classic cocktail: the Negroni, Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Martini or Whiskey Sour.
