The PALTOP Temporary Anatomic Angulated PEEK Concave Abutment is a prosthetic component used for short term rehabilitation post implant placement, and is angulated for accurate accommodation to the rehabilitation position. PEEK is a biocompatible, esthetic, tooth colored polymer which is easily modified and works well with common temporary materials including acrylic and composite.The PEEK abutment's polymer is one of the most chemically resistant polymers available and exhibits a superior combination of strength, stiffness, and toughness. PALTOP’s PEEK abutment presents a simple and esthetic solution for soft tissue management. Additional modifications of the abutment may be done for accurate fitting. The Temporary Anatomic Angulated PEEK Concave Abutment resembles the natural gingival margin of a tooth and includes a prepared anatomic margin (shoulder). Due to it's special shape, it is advantageous when used for anterior teeth.
