Simply place the Flat Pak on areas of discomfort for cold or hot therapy. Made with Hydra-Gel that stays soft when frozen, so the pack remains flexible, comfortable, & contours around the area you are treating.

FULL COVERAGE Sized at 12" X 17" to cover large muscle groups in various parts of the body. The FreezeSleeve Flat Pak is an extra-large hot or cold compress. Simply place it onto the area that needs relief, such as your back, shoulders, hips, knees and more to help relieve joint and muscular discomfort.

COLD THERAPY helps reduce swelling and helps relieve daily aches and pains. Use the Flat Pak for acute injuries with swelling such as bruises, sprains, muscle strains, post-game recovery, rotator cuff discomfort, and more. For cold therapy, simply place the FreezeSleeve Flat Pak inside of the provided bag or any resealable bag in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Our design locks the cold in around treated area.

HEAT THERAPY Use hot therapy to help ease muscle and tendon soreness, loosen tight muscles, relieve aches, and more. To heat, remove your FreezeSleeve Flat Pak from the storage bag and microwave for 30 seconds, then hold it firmly against the skin. Your FreezeSleeve Flat Pak should feel warm to the touch, not hot. Reheat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached. FreezeSleeve helps soothe sore muscles and aches by transferring the cold/heat to the affected area.

EASY TO USE Simply take FreezeSleeve Flat Pak out of the freezer or microwave & place it on the treatment area for instant therapy. The large pad is great for covering a large area of your body at once. It is designed to simply place it on after coming out of the freezer or microwave, no need to place a towel between the pack & the skin.
