They produce excellent results in a wide variety of high pressure hydraulic systems found on industrial machinery, ships, woodlands and mining operations, and other mobile equipment. Miles Stratus Aw Oils are an exclusive blend of exceptionally pure Hydro Treated base oils(Hydro-cracking), and specially selected additives that deliver outstanding performance and extended service life. Compared to conventional hydraulic oils, Miles Stratus Aw Oils offer: Outstanding, long term resistance to breakdown caused by air and high temperatures Improved anti-wear protection superior rust and corrosion prevention.APPLICATIONS:Miles STRATUS AW Oils are recommended for heavy duty high pressure hydraulic systems operating over a wide range of temperatures. They may be used in systems equipped with fine filters without loss of additives or causing filter plugging. Because of their long life, rust and foam inhibiting features, STRATUS AW Oilsmay be used to lubricate anti-friction bearings and gears found in circulation, splash, bath and ring-oiled systems.
