Installation Method: Clean and dry the printing platform thoroughly. Attach the magnetic base and let it sit for optimal adhesion (preferably for more than 24 hours). Then, install the spring steel plate. Finally, reset and level the printer. It is recommended to print a 3.8mm thick spacers to facilitate proper zeroing of the Z axis.

Following installation, it is advisable to keep it inverted or secure it with a clamp to guarantee its complete adherence to the platform. Let it sit for a couple of hours (more than 24 hours is preferable). Ensure the spring steel aligns precisely with the magnetic base to prevent resin infiltration into any gaps, which may compromise the magnetic force and cause the spring steel plate to detach. If there are sharp edges or burrs on the surface of the spring steel, carefully sand them down using sandpaper to avoid puncturing the FEP film during the printing process. When removing the printed model, avoid excessive bending of the spring steel. After use, utilize alcohol or a suitable cleaning agent to eliminate residual resin from the surface. If the model detaches from the spring steel sheet during printing after prolonged use, gently sand the spring steel sheet with sandpaper to restore its adhesive properties.
