About Eating Mantis

Product Description I will ship by EMS or SAL items in stock in Japan. It is approximately 7-14days on delivery date. You wholeheartedly support customers as satisfactory. Thank you for you seeing it. About the Artist Kitamura has worked with a number of important New York artists who transgress boundaries in various ways, from such downtown video artists Angie Eng to musicians Laura Andel, Taylor Ho Bynum and Angelica Sanchez. She studied piano at the Juilliard School of Music Prep Division and then worked as a journalist in Tokyo and Paris before returning to New York's performing arts world. Along with Kitamura's voice, Michael McGinnis's clarinet is at the front of OK/OK's sound. His first record was released by RKM, and he has played with both Alice and Ravi Coltrane, as well as Steve Swallow, Steve Coleman, Slavic Soul Party, Stew and the Negro Problem - even the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra and Barry Manilow! He has performed at NYC venues uptown and down (Lincoln Center, Blue Note, Joe's Pub, Symphony Space, Tonic, The Stone, etc.) and has toured Japan, Turkey, Africa, France, Italy, Switzerland and Austria. Guitarist Khabu Doug Young has most recently been commissioned by the Armour Foundation to compose new works for the ukulele for the second consecutive year. He has worked on guitar and uke with a wide range of musicians (such as Art Lande and Paul McCandless) plus actors, dancers, poets and visual artists. And drummer Tony Moreno counts among his many credits work with Dave Phillips and Freedance, Dave Liebman, Kendra Shank, Frank Kimbrough, Greg Osby and Jean-Michel Pilc.
