About Evergreen Herbs Palo Brasil - 8 Oz. - Haematoxylum
Palo Brasil Scientific Name: Haematoxylum brasiletto karst. The club of Brazil originates from the north of Spain. It reproduces in warm climates and among forests of oaks or pines. It reaches up to 15 m in height and its branches have spines up to 3 cm long. Its bark is reddish and gives flowers in clusters of yellow color, very showy. Its fruits are flat. It grows from Mexico to Colombia. Use: It's crust is cut and dried to boil it and make infusions. The water will have a characteristic deep red color.
