Product Description The Wet & Dry Grinding Mill (aka the Processor) is designed to grind wet & dry ingredients, like herbs, spices, onions & tomatoes and many more wet and dry ingredients. Fantastic for grinding your own coffee beans for fresh from the bean coffee. Need some castor or icing sugar, but dont want to buy a big bag of it, the grinder will grind granulated sugar down to castor and icing sugar in seconds. Grate you own cheese, hard (parmesan) or soft (cheddar) and is fantastic for making your own condiments and dips e.g. relish, mustard, salsa, olive pate, guacamole and hummus or even just taking the tears out of chopping onions and many many more jobs in the kitchen. This handy little attachement to the Bamix will save time, money, effort, and reduce food waste. The Wet & Dry Grinding Mill has five main components; the Lid, the Bowl, the Base, the stainless steel Shaft and the stainless steel Blade. All components are dishwasher safe and BPA-free. This item is compatable with all Bamix models. However we advise against using this item in conjunction with a Bamix Gastro 350 machine due to the additional speed of this particular (commercial) model.
