Bakersland, Inc. family roots extend back to 1850s with a family owned flour mill. After success innovating the very first industrial fillo dough factory in Greece, our story continues today in California producing time tested recipes recognized by internationally prestigious culinary chefs and consultants. Our superior quality tarts are produced with all-natural ingredients (Butter, Sugar, Salt, Eggs, Natural Vanilla, and Flour), free of any GMO and preservatives making them a cleanest product in our industry. With a flaky yet crunchy texture, these tarts will deliver a tasty sweet butter cookie flavor with an eye-catching golden-brown color and give off a delicious buttery aroma. They are ready to eat, or filled, allowing them to be baked or reheated (if dry temp @350 for no more than 15 min/if wet, keep temp @350 for approx. 20 min) or frozen ensuring consistency and presentation. Our tart shells have a 360 days of shelf life from production date and are best stored at 50-75F. They are Kosher Certified by OU.
