About Beam Trolley With 5-Foot Unibilt Enclosed Conveyor
This set includes a hand push beam trolley with 5ft of matching Unibilt enclosed conveyor track (other lengths available). Track can be mounted in normal downward facing position or upward facing position ("inverted track") for conveyor and other automation requirements. See images and graphics for more details and specifications. Various mounting systems are available. Ultimation yokes 72119 are available for separate purchase to mount the track to the floor or overhead equipment and to join multiple lengths of track together. The Webb Unibilt four-wheel trolleys are ideal for painting and finishing facilities or anywhere where products need to move from station to station for assembly. An important note about cut length and flare tolerances: Enclosed track sections are cut to the nominal length on a fully automatic saw. Due to the blade width and cut tolerances, the tolerance on individual cut lengths is (+/-) 1/8”. Flaring of the cut ends on one or both ends is normal. This can result in the track opening being up to ¼” wider due to the natural tension in the track. The Webb 20105 trolley is built to accommodate those variances. If using the track for any other purpose where the flaring of one or both ends would be a concern, we recommend purchasing track sections with pre-welded yokes.
