• CONVENIENT SET - Includes one Peerless QuikBinder Plus ratcheting chain binder and one 20 foot length US Cargo Control 3/8 inch Grade 70 transport chain with a clevis grab hook on each end.

• EASY TO USE - The 3-position pawl offers the driver a choice of ratchet extension, ratchet take-up or a "free spin" setting for fast adjustment in either direction on the Peerless load binder. A load can be secured in half the time.
