The Rapid Box Switch Bowens Insert attaches your Bowens-style light source to any Rapid Box Switch or Beauty Dish Switch light modifier in an instant. This durable all-metal adapter slides quickly into your Switch’s rear tabs and secures in place with the Switch’s thumb-lock. This versatile system gives you the ability to mount a variety of off-camera flashes to the same Switch softbox. Switch Inserts are available in a wide variety of mounts for compatibility with most lighting systems.
